Our platform allows artists to submit their music for global release and distribution across streaming platforms, download stores, and social media channels. All content on this website is provided for informational purposes only.

NP1 Sound KGT does not produce, create, or modify music tracks uploaded by artists. Production, mixing, and mastering remain fully under the control of the submitting artist.

Rights and Music Submission

By uploading music to NP1 Sound KGT, artists grant NP1 Sound KGT the full rights necessary to distribute, manage, and commercially exploit the submitted tracks worldwide. This includes, but is not limited to, the rights to upload, distribute, license, and manage the tracks across all streaming services, download stores, social media, and related platforms.

Artists confirm that they own all rights to the music they submit, or have obtained all necessary permissions, and agree that NP1 Sound KGT may administer the music in its full professional capacity without further individual permissions.

These rights allow NP1 Sound KGT to handle all administrative, legal, and technical aspects of distribution efficiently, ensuring global availability, proper management, and monetization, while artists retain creative control over production, mixing, and mastering.

Liability

NP1 Sound KGT assumes no liability for the content, accuracy, or legal status of music uploaded by artists. Any disputes arising from copyright infringement, third-party claims, or licensing issues are the responsibility of the submitting artist.

While NP1 Sound KGT ensures professional handling of all submissions, it cannot be held responsible for the content of third-party platforms, streaming services, or download stores where the music is released.

Earnings, Reporting, and Administration

NP1 Sound KGT provides transparent reporting of streaming data, download sales, and other revenue generated by submitted music. Artists will receive earnings according to the agreed revenue model.

Revenue models are structured to ensure fairness and transparency:

• Free Plan: Artists retain 60% of earnings
  
  

• Premium Plan (€10/year): Artists retain 85% of earnings
  
  

All administration, reporting, and financial tracking is managed by NP1 Sound KGT to minimize administrative burdens for artists.

This imprint and all services of NP1 Sound KGT are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or uploaded music will be subject to the courts in Berlin, Germany.
